Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting 24 July 2026

 Oslo, Norway 10 July 2026 – An extraordinary general meeting of PCI Biotech Holding ASA (in liquidation) (the "Company") will be held at Oslo Cancer Cluster Innovation Park, on 24 July 2026 at 10:00am (CEST). 

The notice and proposed resolutions to the general meeting are attached. Once the liquidation settlement is approved, the Company will file for final liquidation of the Company. 

The notice, including all appendices, will be made available at PCI Biotech's corporate website www.pcibiotech.com.
