Notice of Annual General Meeting 2026
Oslo, Norway 16 June 2026 – The annual general meeting of PCI Biotech Holding ASA (in liquidation) (the "Company") will be held at Oslo Cancer Cluster Innovation Park, on 30 June 2026 at 10:00am (CEST).
The notice and proposed resolutions to the annual general meeting are attached. Once the liquidation settlement is approved, the Company will file for final liquidation of the Company.
The notice, including all appendices, will be made available at PCI Biotech's corporate website www.pcibiotech.com.
